Baby Dickerson Lets Us in on the BIG Secret!!!!!!!

Sean took me to Chipotle for dinner before our second attempt. I made sure there was plenty of Verde salsa (their hot salsa) and even had some of his barbacoa (spicy beef). And just for a little extra help I drank a vanilla coke! I was determined to get this baby moving!!!! Luckily for us it worked!!!!! At approximately 6:50 pm on Thursday, December 23rd we were finally able to put a name behind "baby"! We are expecting a little baby girl, Quinn Sarah Dickerson!!!!!!

Stubborn Like HER Momma OR Doesn't Fight Fair like HIS Daddy?

Well we have one stubborn, but HEALTHY baby! We had our much anticipated 19th week check up yesterday and we have all 10 fingers and toes! Can you say BIG sigh of relief!!!!! Baby is breech and sitting on my bladder (they are not concerned about the breech part, plenty of time for baby to move) with legs against belly feet toward my bladder and umbilical cord in-between legs. We tried everything, except a headstand (I tried but no one would let me) to get this baby to move! Sean is more convinced than ever that it must be a girl (stubborn like me), however, I rebutted that baby is playing dirty just like HIS daddy. We have scheduled an appointment with Belly Image for tomorrow evening to try again. So, hopefully baby decides to let us in on its secret. Our sonographer said when we come back for our check up on January 18 th she'd take another peak, so we should at least have more pictures to share in January! If all goes well I will have gender updates for everyone Christmas Eve!
